I made a mistake entering transaction or receiver details. What should I do?
Please contact our call centre immediately. Depending on the status of your transaction we may be able to cancel immediately. However, if the money transfer has been executed, we shall make reasonable endeavours to stop the pay-out. Note, we cannot be held liable for any failure to track or retrieve the payment for you. You must reimburse us for any third party costs we incur in connection with the tracking, retrieval or refund of the payment. We will also charge you an administration fee of 10 EUR which will be either deducted from the remittance amount or reimbursed by a separate transfer to our bank account.
Why do I need to identify myself?
European banking laws and anti-money laundering regulations mandate that VoiceCash Bank identify people who send more than a certain limit in a given period of time. You will automatically be contacted by a VoiceCash representative or receive instructions via email based on your country of residence. Once you are identified you will be able to send more money internationally and can benefit from higher transaction limits.
If you want to take advantage of higher transaction limits right away, then please contact our call centre and we will instruct you accordingly.
How do I identify myself?
You will automatically receive instructions via email when you reach your transaction limit. Customers in Germany will receive a PostIdent coupon and can use the well known PostIdent service at any German Post office. Follow the instructions on the coupon and bring a government issued ID with you when visiting the Post Office. The Postident service is free of charge for VCB customers.
Customers outside of Germany are required to send us a copy of a government issued ID and a proof of residence in the form of a utility bill. Please send these documents to:

Why do I need to register myself?
To assure a fast, secure and accurate money transfer we need to keep your details for our records only. Registration is fast and free and will allow for easy repeat money transfers. Since email and SMS are standard methods for informing you on your transaction, we must verify these during the registration process.
Why has the receiver not received my money transfer?
Delivering your money transfer securely and quickly is our highest importance. However, depending on time zones, business hours and national holidays, delivery of your funds may take longer than anticipated. Although in most cases your money will be delivered sooner, allow for at least 2 business days from the moment we receive your payment before contacting us.
Did you select to pay for your money transfer via bank transfer? If so, please be sure your payment was initiated and your bank has processed this prior to calling us. VoiceCash Bank will not transfer any money until we have received your payment. Also, under My Transfers section you can review the transactions status. You should review the transaction details such as receiver name and the bank details.

Where can I send money to?
When you click on the "calculator" icon on our homepage a new window will open, allowing you to select all available countries and currencies for your money transfer. Provide us feedback using the available link if you do not see the countries or currencies you need. We will inform you once we can meet your needs. VoiceCash is continuously expanding our international money transfer service options.
How can I pay for my money transfer?
We currently offer 2 different methods for payment:
sofortbanking® is the direct payment method of the Payment Network AG. sofortbanking® has been certified by TÜV SÜD, Germany’s largest quality and security institute. With sofortbanking® there is no need to use a credit card. It works safely and quickly: No registration or previous account is needed. Learn more about sofortbanking®. We recommend this method as it allows you to pay for your money transfer securely and instantly.
You can pay for your money transfer using a regular bank transfer to a bank account. Instructions for bank transfers will be emailed to you and we recommend you print them during the process. It is important that you initiate payment from your bank immediately. Foreign exchange rates for international money transfer are applied when your payment is received.
What foreign exchange rate do you apply for my money transfer?
For transactions involving currency conversion VoiceCash ads 0.1-2.50% to our attractive wholesale exchange rates for foreign currency. The exact amount depends on the volatility and risk associated with particular currencies and countries. Our exchange rates are updated on a regular basis throughout the day.
How much money can I send?
Your transactions will be subject to certain limits that depend on various factors such as your country of residence, the recipient’s country of residence and how often you have used our service before. You can check the limits to the sending and receiving country by using the online calculator. You can also improve your identification status in order to raise your limits.
How can the receiver collect the money I send?
The receiver can only collect the money through his bank account which is specified by yourself during the provision of the payment instructions.
What fees do you apply for my money transfer?
When you click on the "calculator" icon on our homepage a new window will open, allowing you to select all available countries and currencies for your money transfer. The fees will be displayed when you calculate the transfer as these will vary depending on the country and currency you select.
What are the necessary details I need to have before I send the money?
The mandatory details will vary depending on the country and currency however the receiver first name and last name are always required. Also some information will vary depending on the currency and country you want to send.
For India you will need to have bank name, branch address (incl. State and street address), the type of account (NRE, NRI etc.) as well as the account number. For all other countries you will need the receiver’s SWIFT or BIC code as well as the IBAN or account number. This information can be found on bank statements, so please check with the receiver for these details before starting a transaction. It is important that the information is entered correctly. VoiceCash cannot be held liable for incorrect information provided during the transfer and will process transactions based on the information provided by the sender.
Where do I find the SWIFT/BIC code or receiver account details?
These details shall be provided by the receiver. The receiver needs to provide correct data about his bank account. Incorrect data may result in delays or rejection by the receiver bank. If in doubt ask the receiver to contact his bank/branch to request correct data or double check a recent bank statement.
