VoiceCash Mobile Payment comprises various highly-secure, client-branded mobile money services, which allow mobile subscribers to make payments and money transfers directly from their mobile phones.

For end-users, Voicecash Mobile Payment offers many advantages over traditional transactional payments, such as lower cost, higher speed, and greater availability and reliability. Mobile operators and banks can significantly extend their customer base and can offer existing customers a wide range of profitable, new payment and transfer services.

High-potential, co-branded VoiceCash Mobile Payment services include:

  • Domestic person-to-person transfers to share money between friends and family
  • Bill payments e.g. from utilities
  • International airtime top-up enabling mobile users in one country to purchase and transfer value onto their prepaid mobile phones

VoiceCash Mobile Payment uses simple SMS and/or voice commands for initialization, authentication, confirmation and management of payments. Payment is taken from virtual Stored Value Accounts (SVAs) that are linked to the subscribed mobile phone numbers.

SVAs can be linked to the subscribers cash-in sources, such as an existing bank account or credit card, or can be toped-up with cash through a VoiceCash merchant partner. The SVA can be also used as salary account, opening a highly attractive banking alternative to corporate employees without an existing bank account.
