Michael Kramer is the founder of VoiceCash. He has more than 20 years experience in marketing and sales of IT security solutions and top quality consumer goods. Before setting up VoiceCash in 2008, he was CEO and founder of VoiceTrust AG. Kramer first had the idea to prevent identity theft by applying voice biometrics leading to the incorporation VoiceTrust in 2000. Today VoiceTrust is the global leader of highly-secure, multi-factor voice authentication solutions.

Sunil Balagopal

With more than nine years' experience in the payment industry, Sunil Balagopal joined VoiceCash in November 2010 as the Chief Executive Officer. Previously he was Senior Vice President of Marketing at Western Union for Europe, Middle East and Africa and for the Asia-Pacific regions.

Sunil Balagopal has also been a member of the management teams of various companies including Custom House, Singapore, a B2B payment specialist acquired in 2009 by Western Union.. Balagopal's profile is rounded off by more than 12 years' business and marketing experience with leading companies such as Procter & Gamble, Bacardi-Martini and as an independent entrepreneur.

David has over 35 years of international banking and payment services experience. He has worked and lived in Iceland, Bahrain, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, the USA and the UK. He has held a number of senior executive positions in companies such as American Express Bank, Citibank, DBS Bank and Western Union.
